  Announcement of Coming Events

The next regular HOA Board meeting will be at 7:00pm on August 24, 2010.  You are invited to attend at the Pace Volunteer Fire Department.  We will have a special guest at this meeting.  Mr. Howard Rogers will brief us regarding the Santa Rosa, Pace C.E.R. T. (Community Emergency Response Team) program.

v Garbage pickup for NSR and Waste Management is on Tues & Fri

v Garbage cans should be out of sight until the night before pickup

v Leash law requires pets to be on a leash if they are out of your yard

v No signs (except one For Sale or For Rent sign) are allowed on any lot

v Parking of boats, trailers, motor homes, etc., is limited to 48 hours

v Airborne fireworks are prohibited by Florida law ($1,000 fine and up to one year in jail)
